Applications & Characteristics
The feed is sprayed into a preheated drying tower after the feed is atomized by high speed centrifugal disk atomizer. The droplets are dried and transferred to powder. This is a continuous process to get powder from the liquid by drying. The feed can be solution, suspension or paste. Spray drying with high speed centrifugal disk is the best process to obtain the powder product which is for next treatment or directly used in many industries. Now spray drying has been developed for high tonnage yield in many industries, e.g mineral and clay etc.
